Letterpress, Silkscreen, and Lithography
As a designer, I feel the desire to retreat to analog methods of creating. Falling in love with printmaking has made me not only a better designer, but a better artist. The process forces me to slow down, to think more intentionally about form, texture, and composition. Unlike digital tools, printmaking embraces imperfection. Each print carries subtle variations that make it unique. That unpredictability has taught me to let go of rigid expectations and embrace process over outcome. It’s a physical, hands-on dialogue with materials that reconnect me to the roots of visual communication. In many ways, it reminds me of why I became a designer in the first place: to make something meaningful, by hand.
